So pleased I ordered from this company. The keepsake heart urn is so lovely, its beautifully made and has made my mum so happy. Prompt communication with questions I had, and as I was local and needed within a week it was hand delivered the next working day. Wonderful service, highly recommend.

Personalised football casket came within 2 days of ordering. Parents (my brother has gone in the casket) absolutely love it. An ashes bag was provided and the fittings all work well.

This is a beautiful, unusual urn and I've just placed my mum's ashes in. It's well made and just what I wanted as I didn't want a conventional looking one.I would have given 5 stars but for two things.My mum only weighed 120lbs and this states it would hold the ashes for a person weighing up to 150lbs. I really doubt it as I struggled to get them all in.The screw lid is very, very difficult to close. It took me five attempts as it kept going on 'wonky' but I eventually managed it.
