Ryan and his team just completed a flat roof on kitchen exstension for me using the new rubber system.couldnt be more happy with the job.ryan gave a written quote detailing what he was going to do and when ,also the price was cheapest of 3. I had received.which they wasnt even on paper just phone call and not provided when they said they would!! i mainly chose ryan because i have seen his company banners on properties near where i live so thought I'd give ryan a go and Glad i did plus i looked at his facebook page also and could see he did quality Work with the pictures and videos of jobs from start to finish!!which is a good idea. He turned up on time another hard thing to do for other trade people ive used in the past!!He completed roof in brilliant time and left my Garden spotless.so ryan will be my first choice for repairs from now on!!And would reccomend ryan to anyone who is looking for roof work to be done!!Keep up the great standards ryan and you'll go from strength too strength!!!!

First class replacement roof, professionally completed in five days, amazing! We would have NO hesitation in reccommending them, to anyone!

1 broken tile on roof was replaced (£80) but the cement facing had crumbled away for about 2ft and they said it needed replacing. Tried time and again to contact them through email and whattsapp but no response at all, it seems some jobs are just too small! Just the courtesy of a reply would have been good

Used Ryan for a few years and his work is always spot on…. His cement is so good!!! Trust me on this I’m one of the owners of Apd builders and Ryan is the only roofer I’ll allow to do the cement as other roofers leave all trowel marks init…Also his lead work is just awesome and chased into the wall at full depth and mastic is finished lovely… can not praise Ryan and his team enough…If he’s to busy at the time you want the work done just please wait for him… anyone good is worth the wait and advanced roofing is deffo worth the wait!
