This store is ok but you'll find more variety at their Castle Bromwich store. Ideal though for quickness.

A very clean and well stocked store, with very polite and friendly checkout staff.

Just popped in, great little place, lovely variety especially the fresh fish counter, and bread.

Wide selection given the size of the store. Very clean and easy to use self checkouts. Staff always very friendly. Sometimes can have limited stock/sold out items being a smaller store. Always very cold inside!

Certain staff need re training in customer service . Was at reduced section . Where a staff member was reducing approx 10 items for a relative ( was listening to conversation ) I asked was a certain item being reduced aswell , was told no as she proceeds to reduce same item for said relative . She then carried on reducing other items . Then got up walked of said signal had gone . How rude we all love a bargain . But I felt degraded to say the least

Set out well inside clean and the staff was polite and friendly willing to help

Most overpriced supermarket have been too. Can’t see why this one is so much more than Castle Brom

Came here to do a food shop on behalf of my mother in law who was working late and everything was perfectly fine . ( Friday 30th July ) Reasonable offers and deals etc . Came to the checkout ( about 2:00pm ) where a young lady and an older woman was chatting. I went to the older lady with short hair and glasses and was greeted with a huff .I believe her name is Jackie She didn’t say a word to me the whole time . I felt pressured and massively uncomfortable. Tried to be friendly by asking how her day was and she completely ignored me. I had a staff discount card from my mother in law as she works for Morrisons and this was her food shop so she’s of course she’s going to want any discounts. I proceeded to pay and waited for the receipt.I COULDN’T BELIEVE what she did next. She only went ahead and started reading my receipt. she has no right to do so nor treat customers like this. I hope the management take this into account and do something about it as I’m sure I’m not the first customer treated like this

Rip off sample, prices April 2023:-500ml bottle of Lucozaid £1.70900ml bottle of Lucozaid £1.50If that isn't extracting the urine then I don't know what is. Sure, they're all at it. But this fooling us shoppers has to stop.
