Todd Doors Twickenham Showroom

Spacious showroom room with lots of doors on display. Helpful and knowledgeable staff that guided me through the whole process as i had never brought doors before. They even recommended a carpenter as i was previously let down but another tradesman. I would definitely use Todd Doors again and recommend them to friends and family.

Shocking customer service, poor communication, unable to give clear dates on delivery, unable to take orders without mistakes and wouldn't recommend based on the experience

Todd Doors were extremely helpful in n accommodating me with the doors I was looking to replace as they were odd sizesI found Tom Fisk to be very knowledgeable, helpful and extremely efficientI would not hesitate to recommend!

Very happy with Todd doors at Twickenham. Allowed to browse at leisure, sales staff only getting involved when I had a query. Doors ordered, delivered on due date and within the e.t.a given by the driver who was extremely helpful. Would use again, definately.

Very well laid out, clean and impressive showroom. Tom our door expert was very helpful. He actually talked us out of a more expensive option that we didn't need.Highly recommended. The whole process was very easy and hassle free.

I have been 3 times to this showroom to enquire about internal/external doors. Every time I had a question or wanted to see something, invariably the answer was “It’s in the catalogue” or “It’s on the website”. What’s the point of having a showroom if you keep telling customer to look at the catalogue or website?Last time, I managed to “drag” one of the sales representative to show him the door I was interested in. He took some details about what I wanted and promised to send me an email with a quote. He left and told me he will be back in a minute with his card so I have his details to contact him. After 5min he still did not come back and found out he left for lunch... and I still did not get any email with his quote...Absolutely awful customer experience...

We needed to replace all the doors in our house last month and our builder recommended Todd Doors in Twickenham.We are so pleased with the service and support provided by Tom Fisk and Steve Boulter. They guided us through the entire process of choosing the right doors and then made sure we ordered the correct hinges, handles and locks.On the run up to the doors coming in, Tom went out of his way to assist in getting our order fulfilled with perfect timing. His communication skills, product knowledge and his willingness to help reminded us that 'this is what great customer service looks like'!The doors are now installed and they look amazing. For anyone looking to buy doors, we highly recommend the Twickenham branch of Todd Doors!

Bought an end of line Twickenham door online in Spring. The two sales representatives (I think one was called Steve?) were very helpful with information and ordering the door. I have since dealt with another rep Brent - who was less than forthcoming with help and went as far as to ignore my requests for info on the chat system. On this basis I would seriously consider whether I would use Todd doors again.
