After numerous tries at other garages trying to fix a misfire on my bmw 1 series and a starting issue, the guys at YDS diagnosed and fixed the problem within hours that multiple garages couldn't figure out! Top notch guys who update you along the way just as promised and seriously know their stuff. Very strongly recommend!

YDS is quite possibly the best workshop I’ve been to in the last 3 years (and I have visited a few), and this is only my second visit! They are friendly, efficient, informative, and straightforward. My car can be quite troublesome when something goes wrong and YDS have been excellent from start to finish. I would highly recommend them, not only for the above, but they are reasonably priced and have excellent customer service and response times.

Such a wonderful garage! Thank you so much. I had to visit unexpectedly due to screenwash ceasing to function. They repaired it and refused to accept anything from me. Very cold day and they gave me tea as well. Everyone extremely professional and charming. Highly recommended! Thank you again.

While on holiday we found our car was leaking fuel, which could have been catastrophic had we not realised before leaving to go hom. We phoned numerous different mechanics and explained the situation and everyone told us they were fully booked, it was the same when I phoned YDS automotive however they accommodated us the same day and fitted us in within the hour, half an hour later the car was fixed and we were able to go back to enjoying our holiday. Very friendly and helpful staff, we cannot thank you enough.

These guys were life savers! I was on my way on holiday when started hearing grinding noises from my car. I phoned about 10 others before these - should have called them first! They very kindly fit my car in to their busy schedule and was able to diagnose and fix the problem and get me back on the road within a couple hours. I also had my dog with me and they let us sit in their office and provided tea for me and water for my dog. Thank you so much! Highly recommend!

We picked this garage as a warranty approved place because of the great ratings online. They didn't disappoint. From the initial call following my online booking to the diagnosis of the issue, everyone we have spoken to has been polite, informative, and friendly. Even though we didn't go ahead with the warranty work the team have been really helpful in supporting us. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending YDS.

I can not thank the team at YDS enough for everything they did for my poorly car.I couldn’t ask for any more from a garage. I was kept informed of what was going on at all times. The whole team were amazing by far the most cleanest garage I have ever seen. Very friendly atmosphere and great vibe on arrival at the garage and on top of all that amazingness, My car was fixed super quick and for a very fair price. I will not be using any other garage in future. Thank you so much. If I could give more than 5* I would you guys deserve it!

Absolutely outstanding service from these guys. My 21 year old Jag is running like new car.Alex was incredibly helpful in explaining our vehicle check findings to us. Very open and honest guy who I felt I could wholeheartedly trust.This garage will be our new friendly trusted family garage!
