A fantastic local dealership. Highly professional and friendly. The staff were informative, honest and welcoming without being as pushy as you might find in larger dealerships. Would highly recommend for the attention to the customer from first seeing the car to hanging over the money.

The only reason i gave one star is because i could post without a star. I would of given no star if i had the choice. We purchased a pick up van from this company, We didn't use it much but as soon as we needed to use the pick up on a regular basis with in 1 month it broke down we took it to a garage to find out it needed a new clutch, and new engine. We contacted Lane Williams and they said the warranty had ran out ( 2 month Warranty ) not helpful at all offered nothing at all, not even an apology for selling a truck that was completely worthless, The garage also told us that they had turned off all the warning lights on the dashboard.I would never buy from here again and i would also tell anyone who is even considering buying one of their vehicles to get it fully checked out before they purchase any vehicle. The car has been trouble free and feel confident that if any issues arose it would have been dealt with in a competent and efficient manner. would recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

I have had several cars from Lane Williams and have found the service from viewing the car, test drive through to hand over and after sales to be outstanding. There is none of the stiff atmosphere you get in the large franchise dealerships, just good old fashioned customer service and honesty. Highyrecommended.
