Hussnain sorted this out and I'm super happy with how it turned out! Everywhere I went to flat out refused to fix my phone, not the mobile lab! Although it was a lot of effort for them they persevered and even managed to get my phone back to me earlier than expected!

Lucy was very helpful and polite when collecting my new honor magic 5 phone. She helped me set up the phone and helped me get my data from my old phone whilst also providing a warranty for the new phone. She was understanding & friendly with a lot of knowledge. I would definitely recommend speaking to Lucy if you're looking for a new phone.

Excellent service. After Virgin Media moved me onto O2 I wasn't able to get on the Internet outdoors. The O2 shop couldn't help but James at Mobile Lab soon resolved the problem. I would highly recommend them.
