Love visiting Russell's. Always so much choice and lots of cuts not available in the supermarket. Also stocks game in season which is always very good value.

OK, imagine the picture, last Saturday before Christmas, got there just after the shop had shut. Wanted a cockerel for a friend for Christmas dinner, they got opened up for us, just for one bird. Great service.Top quality poultry, great beef burgers, the Haslet is to die for, they do lovely venison, pork pies are good too.The poultry though is top league, Turkeys that make the ones from a certain Norfolk provider seem very third rate, succulent ducks and geese, such geese, the very essence of Christmas, such golden skins. Just trust me this is poultry like no other butcher has. Always has been great quality so buy from here! Good value, great produce!

A lovely family business with a fine selection of meats.We have had loads of bbq meats and joints from Russell’s and are never disappointed.Most recently we had a 1.5kg sirloin joint which we had for Xmas dinner and OMG it was the best joint ever. (Cooked medium/well) and everyone was blown away by the texture and flavour.

Always use Russell's for my meat and eggs always great meat always friendly service and great value
