Awful league with poorly qualified umpires, avoid at all costs.

I had a great experience with GM 2018-2020 and then it went really bad post-pandemic, where they became very disorganised and unreliable. I waited for over a year for the volleyball venue in Barbican (where I used to play) to re-open and then despite paying for the space I got an email 3 days before the start of the games, I have no space. I had to call a few times to clarify it, find a different team, then to ask to change the team set-up as there were 10 people and more females than males. Also, I got the invites for the games only a day in advance. It was all awful. I was really annoyed as I kept playing for years and ended up in a recreational league that was bad - people could not play at all (I went only to 3/10 games).Finally, I can change my review to 5stars and the love is back. Andrew promissed me I will get a space in Barbican and so I did :) I got informed about the games and team set-up a week in advance and the team is only 6 players that is great given how much we paid. Andrew is the highlight of GM as whenever he promises to do something, he does it. And he is also very friendly, helpful, patient and efficient. I hope GM will get back to their quality from before the pandemic and there will be no more bad surprises in the future

Worst company to work withAn utterly piece of rubbish stuff who doesn’t even know how to run and organise leagues

Cancelled our league mid season and we're useless in communications. Had 4 weeks or so of which 3 games were forfeits to us before the cancellation. Partial refund just for the rest of the league. v poor show. Avoid.

Poorly run leagues, little to no communication and offer no assistance with running the league on a week to week basis. Only use them as nothing else closeby

Really appalled with the way they handle things here I signed up to a league to only have forfeits for over 60% of the games they happily take your money offer no customer service or support and they hire empires with no experience or professionalism.Considering the don’t have any competitors doing a similar thing for adult sport in london they get away with being so incompetent!Go mammoth you really need to re look at how you run your company and make improvements!
