Beginners dress making course over the last 6 weeks was amazing. I thought I'd be out of my depth with no idea about patterns, cutting out, etc etc. Anna was so calm she was practically horizontal and as such her explanations were so easy to understand and follow. I made a pair of, 'house trousers' as I call them; comfortable lazy style trousers for when at home. In the 6 weeks I made those and a pair of shorts for the Summer. I loved every session so much so I've signed up for the next course on March 12th. The pattern has been bought and on the horizon, all being well, is a lovely linen Summer dress! If you want to learn, do not fear it as everything is explained and you will create wonderful things.

One of my favourite shops in Frome. I'm a maker and I buy so much of what I need from here. The ladies know their stuff and always have what I need! even some things I didn't even know I needed. From hobby sewer to professional maker, you need to visit.
