The world of psychotherapy can be a confusing, even overwhelming, place for a person seeking competent help. In fact, I regularly recommend her to our Physiotherapy clients as you simply cannot separate mind and body - they are so closely related so as Physiotherapists we rely input from great clinicians like Nikki to work with us to help resolve very complex and deep rooted cases. Otherwise, we would encounter a significant barrier to physical recovery and have unsuccessful outcomes as mental health is just as important to treat as physical health. Indeed in some cases - mental health is more important factor to address. Nikki has been through so much herself and you can see that in her genuine empathy and compassion for what she does.
