We had a new concrete front path and garden wall copings re bedded. The work carried out by Kieran and Owen was first class. The weather was against them, but they worked through it and completed the work to our satisfaction. We would definitely recommend them and will certainly ask them to undertake any future work we may have.

Excellent small company with a big heart. G.Guise RIBAWe retained KSB to build us a new lounge and utility room on the site of large attached garage for which demolition was the first step. Excellent build, including a stone chimney.

Fantastic. Kieran is very helpful and was great at getting back to us with advice, and updated quotes. The work was done in the time agreed and the house was left tidy each day. Great work and excellent value. Would highly recommend K Smith Builders for any project. We hope to use them again for future work at our place.

Fantastic professional service from the quote to the work being carried out!! Kieran did some repointing for us he was reliable, tidy, reasonably priced and very knowledgable giving us advice on a few bits we’re thinking of having done. We will definitely be using him in the future!!!

Kieran repaired a partly collapsed ceiling for us in a listed building. We valued his advice and workmanship. All was completed quickly and with a minimum of mess. Would use again and would highly recommend.

Kieran and Owen have done several brickwork jobs for us over the past 18 months. The work is always to a high standard and they are very reliable and courteous.
