The Brandling Villa
We love having the Brandling Villa as our local - great atmosphere, great food and drinks. Huge bonus points for the fact that the veggie/vegan options are variations of the original menu items rather than just a plain burger with a bit of salad. As a vegetarian, the food is probably the best selection of good pub food I've ever experienced. We visit at least once a week and have never been disappointed by service or food/drinks. Would massively recommend to anyone in the area - or if you're not in the area its still worth travelling for!

Decent very decent burgers!!Chicken is absolutely delicious here. Steak and chips seemed just a little short of steak and the nachos were just okay.Good range of beers here and staff are very helpful.VERY dog friendly, too friendly for me!!Takes American Express and has high chairs.

Great pub, with great service and a good atmosphere. Food menu looked good with some quirky names for the burgers etc. Didn't have time to try it out but I'm sure it's as good as it sounds. Good selection of drinks too.

Probably our favourite place to go and relax with our dogs on a rainy day..great food absolutely guaranteed. I could eat their tempura cauliflower every day. Dogs are made welcome, service is always friendly and it has a lovely,relaxed atmosphere.

The Brandling Villa
One of our favourite pubs in the Newcastle area. Atmosphere is great with good music selection (we are 18, 28 and 30 year olds), varied crowd of people, and dogs allowed! Live music here is often great. Big TV for watching the games on.The food is what does it for us though, with high quality ingredients and delicious offerings. Portion sizes are large and food is usually cooked to perfection - we love the chips and burgers. You pay a bit more than at other pubs but it's worth it.

The pub is nice. We ordered 2 portion of fries, asked about them after ~20 minutes, we were assured that they were about to come. Now we've been waiting for 40 minutes and no fries yet...

Great place, been here a few times over the years and it's always a really nice atmosphere. Stopped in today for lunch with my partner and teenage daughter and the pooches. I had a burger, other half had dirty fries and my daughter had the chicken burger. Everything we had was fantastic, my daughter said her chicken burger was banging"

Such a great pub. Even when it's heaving the atmosphere is always lovely (dog and family friendly) and the staff are great. Huge selection of burgers and other food. Kids and dog menu too.
