Recently my partner and I were on the market for a full bathroom, we visited over 12 bathroom showrooms before coming across yourselves. I have to say the service given from Sharon Wilson in the showroom was outstanding, she advised us of things that not one other showrooms had advised, her technical experience was second to none. Despite our plumber mentioning Wholesale Domestic, William Wilson and Richmonds, these placed fell way below the service given by Sharon. We now have 3 friends looking for bathrooms and we have given all of them Sharon's contact details. Job Well Done.

Following some serious water damage at my home I visited a number of the bigger plumbing centres as both my bathroom and en suite had been affected. The deciding factor on choosing a supplier was the knowledge and support of Sharon Wilson the Showroom Manager at the Plumb Store. The showroom is quite unassuming and the website is poor but Sharon's patience and support totally sealed the deal. She was happy to help and spend time looking for the correct solutions. Absolutely fabulous service from Sharon at Plumbstore. From her helping us to plan the bathroom, to sorting out any teething problems we had she had been nothing but helpful. Bathroom nearly finished now - all thanks to her and the excellent service we got. Highly recommend!
