Ordered from her twice, both experiences have been excellent. Great food and packaging from a small business which clearly cares about what they do.

Amazing cookies, love all the flavours. So delicious, full of flavour and they don't last long at all. Not only are the cookies amazing, but the service you get from Lulu's cookies is top notch! Personal, friendly and nothing is too much. Definitely recommend these cookies to anyone.

I’ve had the giant cookie, both flavours of regular cookies and the Rocky road - which was absolutely to die for, seriously recommend!The cookies are so soft and delicious, with big chunks of chocolate. You can’t even tell that they’re vegan!I got a giant cookie that was personalised and every interaction with the owner was great. She went above and beyond and was incredibly lovely. That giant cookie lasted forever, tasted great and was so beautifully and thoughtfully decorated.The packaging was secure and recyclable (and exciting to open!)Slowly working my way through all of her stock, cannot wait to order more!!

I am amazed that these are vegan!! The best cookies I have ever had and I am sad I didn’t order more (7 cookies apparently didn’t last me very long)… incredible service from Lu who really took her time to explain to me what were in the cookies and also listen to what I wanted.Definitely recommend and I am currently planning my next order of treats.
