G & G Sewing

I went to visit Gary's shop on the back of a recommendation of a very experienced machinist and I was not disappointed! I myself have absolutely no experience with sewing machines at all but was extremely eager to purchase one. I explained this to Gary who spent quite some time talking me through the different machines and advised me on the various options. Although Gary could see I was eager to buy the same day, he recommended I should go away with all the information and decide but advised me he was only a phonecall away should I need to contact him.I visited the shop a couple of days later to purchase one of his machines and Gary went out of his way to show me all the functions of the machine and how to use it properly. Gary had so much time and patience, the level of customer service was fantastic, sending me away with extra bits and bobs and so much useful information. I can't thank him enough, lovely man. I highly recommend.Thankyou!

Remember the days when customer service was important? Well Gary is one of the old school keeping up amazing standards after 31 years of trading. Excellent service and training for customers who bring their machines with issues. On behalf of the wife and myself, a big thank you Gary.

Gary was very helpful with my overlocker that needed repairing. I overheard him with another customer whilst I was in store and I was confident he was experienced and skilled in machine maintenance. He gave me sewing advice and tips for the particular fabric I mainly sew on my machine and even told me about adjustments I might make for different fabrics. I would definitely recommend him and take my other machines to him for services when needed

Sent 10 sewing machines in for service for the group I am chair of, they were all done within a week. Catalogued and detailed information as to the condition of each machine. We now have s service plan for going forward and been shown how to care for the machines in-between services.

Fantastic service provided by Gary. Friendly, honest advice given. Had my industrial machine back up and running within 24hrs. Great communication throughout. Very highly recommended and a great bloke!! Thank you very much once again Gary.

Although the proprietor was very pleasant, without actually seeing the machine he didn't feel he could fix the problem.
