Change of agency and pay rise improved the workplace but still long way to go recommended to make quick £ and over time rate is not bad starting at 37.5 not 48 like a lot of places do.

not a good place to work even for a first job. however it does pay a bit more than the dole but you won't be here long enough anyway to enjoy the few hundred quid better off" you'll think you are and the job adviser will preach to you. it is extremely short term.I was here twice
