Absolutely brilliant. We wanted 3 extended rear facing seats across our back seat that were all plus tested. They tried a couple of combinations in the car to find something that worked. Couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. The kids are safely rear facing til 6 years and they love their new seats and having their little sister in the middle.Service was excellent. Knowledge was excellent. And they are non-profit.

Brilliant shop full of lovely eco friendly clothes, toys and accessories for babies and health care products for adults. We did the sling and cloth nappy workshop with Kia. She explained everything so well and took the time to answer all the questions we had fully. We both felt well informed and reassured following the workshops and now feel confident to use the products demonstrated. Such a useful service. Would recommend to anyone who's baffled by all the information out there about slings and cloth nappies.

I ordered through their lenny lamb preorder. They provided amazing customer service via Facebook messenger, they chased lennylamb regarding different fabric patterns for a waist bag.100% would use them again, wish i lived closer to visit

Kia was really helpful showing us how to use a sling, she is a great teacher and provided lots of useful tips and safety advise in a way that made it easy to remember.We were very pleasantly surprised to see how many things they can help parents with. I would definitely recommend visiting.

A massive thanks to Cariad Babi who helped us in our hour of need! After a car accident on a Saturday evening, and needing a new car seat for the Monday, these guys opened the shop specifically for us on a Sunday evening to come and buy one. The advice was amazing, the service was fantastic and we went away with a new amazing seat that we love!Thanks again - we appreciated it so much. Absolutely lovely experience today. Chose my seat after harness fitting my baby in each one and selecting appropriate fit for my car with the help of Kia. I highly recommended purchasing your car seat here, in particular those unsure on choosing to put their child rear facing as Kia is so knowledgeable and extremely friendly, she really helped me and my mother in law understand why choosing rear face is the safest option for my little girl. I couldn’t recommend them more.

I visited the store at the weekend and the service we received was brilliant! They were friendly and very knowledgable about the car seats and were happy to discuss our requirements. We were able to try a few seats out out with no pressure to buy. There were plenty of toys to keep my daughter occupied whilst discussing our options. We went for the Maxway Plus in the end for my sisters car but I will be back in a few months to upgrade the seat in my own car. Thanks so much to the team, would highly recommend!

Wow! We have been stuck in the whirlwind of car seats for a few weeks now! Our son has just outgrown his infant carrier and we were looking for something that would last a while, and keep him rear facing for longer. We were very unsure though if what we understood of it all was correct or not, so we decided to book an appointment with Kia and as I say, wow! This lady is super friendly, passionate about what she does, very well informed, and has a great selection if everything in her shop. She talked us through everything, answered all our questions, demonstrated everything step by step, and showed us in our car too, with our little man having a go in it aswell. We weren't sure we were going to buy that day before we went, but with Kia's help and support we felt well informed and happy to purchase there and then, meaning our son had a safe ride home. He even fell asleep in it on the way back so it must be a good fit!Honestly, if you need a little help to decide between seats you've shortlisted, or have no idea where to start, Kia is your lady. So well informed, doesn't speak with all the jargon, personal experience from her own family, and she doesn't spend the time selling to you either, it really is about giving you all the tools you need. We travelled from Leicester to see her and we're very happy we did. Thank you!
