I have to say this really is the best place to go for tiles. The customer service from the guys that work here is fantastic. I ordered tiles then changed my mind last minute. No drama no problem the tiles I changed to were ordered and I have to say I love them my son ordered the same tiles we couldn't be happier thanks to James who helped with my Sons order and Darren who helped my with mine 100% recomend this place. I have been all over Liverpool these have a best range and prices to.

Avoid this company at all costs. I’d heard a couple of negative reviews but I thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt and order but the day before my delivery is due to arrive after ordering WEEKS ago, I get a phone call to say my tiles have been discontinued very unapologetically and now I’m left with a tiled booked in and zero tiles! What a joke! I should have listened to the other negative reviews. If I was told straight away, fair enough, these things happen but the day before delivery after weeks of waiting!!!

Large amount of tiles on display, good prices but feel like I'm been duped, at no time was I told that I couldn't return unused tiles, I was advised to order more by sales assistant so I'd have enough for my project and not needing to wait and stalling the job, I ended up with 3 full unused boxes that they now won't accept back even though its within 28 days, so order wisely, also check each box as soon as you can I had a full box of broken tiles, if you can, pick them up yourself from the shop

One of the best place for amazing tiles .I think Tile mountain has exceptional options to choose and you will never get disappointed. They got amazing tiles and reasonable price . What impressed us about Quality and Thr product is well better than other companies and much cheaper . You get the best quality and amazing tiles from Tile mountain. We are really impressed about their tiles and will buy again. We will change our flooring and we have seen the wooden effect tiles in Tile mountain absolutely amazing and can't wait to buy for our downstairs . The tiles we bought for our bathroom that looks very posh and Thank you .

The place to buy tiles, a one stop shop for all your tile needs.With a name like Tile Mountain I expected to be able to pick my tiles and bring them home that day but alas they had to be ordered from their distribution depot.The staff will not rest until you are happy and have everything you need to fit your tiles with no pressure selling at all.

This shop has the best range of tiles you could want.The guys are unbelievably helpful and friendly. I've been back for more as I do other rooms in the house. They know their products and knew what I was looking for before I did.Good prices and any issues are dealt with quickly. Definitely recommended.
