Avoid like the plague, they’ll go above and beyond to keep your deposit. Anytime I needed them for anything they were rude and unprofessional and generally not very accommodating. I have had the misfortune of renting 2 houses with them and both times they were lodged where the sun don’t shine, honestly, go elsewhere and save yourself the pain. Nasty bunch of people.

Was five minutes late viewing a commercial property and emailed the Mark the agent but instead of contacting me they just went on.

Not the greatest of communicators which has prompted me to use other agents in the area. I have had two bad experiences recently with this agent, one where I was led to believe a property was for sale only to find out at the viewing that it had been sold and that the seller had informed Neill's some time prior to our visit; the second - having expressed a great interest in a rental (I had expressed an interest to take the property over the phone but thought it prudent to view before - silly me!!) the Neill's rep could not meet me at the property for 4 days whereupon I was contacted to be informed it had been taken by another party! Moral of the story, Use another agent if possible else insist on clarity with this agent (they are not your friend, very client biased in my experience) and remain suspicious of the information they provide.

Don't be expecting any deposit back. They will always find an excuse to keep it. But provide no receipts of what is supposedly done.. crooks

The staff are all very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Beautiful hotel - excellent rooms kept very clean by the staff as is the whole resort - buffet style half board with very varied selection of food

Pleasant, helpful staff who appear very professional. I would feel confident in dealing with them if I was buying or selling a house. The firm has been in business for over 100 years so I think that says a lot.
