Clean, nice, with seats inside and outside. Good to take a rest while windy and raining outside.

The best library I have ever been to. It is very welcoming and child friendly with good variety of books. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help.

I used the library recently and I like it, only down side are some of the young students that come after school and make unnecessary noise and making it a bit uncomfortable. But the other group that come and use the back end are very good, as a parent it makes me feel happy that these children are using the resources available to them the right way. Because a space, internet and electric sockets, is a great deal offered in these local libraries. And this is a good facilitation of your private reading that you may not have a chance to have at home. Thank you to the staff.

Had to use the toilets before 10 am. They were all dirty. Including the toilet for people with disabilities. Disgusting. So we're the chairs in the communal area. I don't know who choses those things, but it might be better to buy something that can be wiped clean and not something you worry about catching any diseases just by sitting on it.

Great collection of books. Good location as well. Easy process for borrowing and returning books once registered.Good thing is the sports activities and gym being part of the same building giving easy access to all facilities at same time.

This hub is a one stop shop for the London borough of Greenwich. Helping to bridge the gap between fitness, library services and also offering paymrnt setbices for Greenwich revenue collection such as council taxes, permits etc. Very clean facility and well looked after.

Overall good range of classes, facilities, value for money and lovely staff. I like the London wide membership options too, and the women only gym session at Greenwich on Friday evenings though it’s a shame no one seems to know that this happens - don’t know why it’s not publicised more?I don’t like the pool here, feels too closed in, and there’s occasional problems with being checked in for classes properly, so get a receipt as proof of attendance for yourself as well as the ticket the instructor will want to take. Otherwise I love it!!

We used the pool for children's swimming lesson. They are very reasonably priced compared to David Lloyd where we used to go. Everything is nice because it's new. The swimming instructors were pleasant and my child enjoyed her first lesson. However... there is only one change area for everyone (male and female mixed) - it seems to have an adequate number of change cubicles - but only FOUR SHOWERS for EVERYONE! We waited a good 10-15 minutes to have a shower, not great when you have a shivering child. Also, the showers have push buttons where the water only comes on for about 15 seconds - super inconvenient when washing a child as you get really wet reaching in every 15 seconds to push the button again. They have 4 hairdryers for everyone (I think 4 is the magic number!) but no seating so you have to stand up. Also the change area is badly laid out with narrow central corridor so everyone is pushing by all the time.We also used the Cafe, fairly spartan in both layout and menu, however the samosa was actually quite nice. Service reasonable but no smiles, and only one person to serve and make everything. Also, can't see if there is a car park, we parked on street and didn't have a problem getting a space.
