100% recommended this amazing small business. Passed through Wells on the Rebellion Way bike route and called in to see about a loose spoke. Warren gave (not sold) me a spoke key and we chatted about local bike routes and the hire business. With 180 miles left to go, that spoke key pretty much saved my ride, so thanks!Warren is a great chap who inspires complete confidence and is obviously well respected in the local community. Brilliant experience renting two bikes with Warren! We aren’t particularly experienced cyclists, so we let his expertise guide us on what we needed and which bike was best for us. Super happy with the bikes - they got us round all the little villages very nicely. We both really appreciated knowing Warren was just a phone call away if we had any issues. Great value for the area, too! Would highly recommend ☺️

Fantastic bikes, fantastic service and great advice too. The provision of pannier bags, bike locks and emergency puncture kits made it all feel very well provisioned and thought out. We didn't need any puncture kits though as the trail bikes were well set up with good tyres and kit and we had loads of fun exploring. Highly recommend this place to all.

I had an emergency repair after a gear cable snapped on my bike whilst we were doing the full Rebellion Way cycle tour (which I highly recommend). We managed to get some parts from the local hardware store (ML Walsingham & son) but we couldn't quite get it fixed. I came here and Warren kindly helped me to get it working and gears indexed and we were soon back up and on the road in no time. Would definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend Wells bike hire, the owner is a very nice fella and is running a decent honest buisness,and the charge for bike hire is very very reasonable. The bikes are in tip top condition,very well maintained,comfortable and made our bike riding adventure an absolute pleasure,he also suggested a beautiful bike route through Holkam National nature reserve,through to the beautiful villge and pinewoods down to the beach it was stunning and very picturesque, we ended our day down at the harbour with the best fish and chips ever from Frenchy's fish shop i was so pleased as they did gluten free cooked in a seperate fryer perfect!!!All in all we had a a fantastic day, for our daughters birthday it made her day,would most certainly do it again. Thank you Warren.

We hired some bikes and a child trailer, and then a child seat as our daughter hated the trailer. But then she hated the seat too so we had to abandon our lovely plans to do a ride around Holkham Estate. The guys were so so kind and understanding as we cycled around the cul de sac with our hysterical toddler and didn’t hesitate to offer us a full refund. We were so disappointed but will definitely return when she’s a bit older!

Very friendly and excellent service. Repaired a puncture on our Grandson's buggy within 10 minutes at a very reasonable price, at 5.10pm on a Saturday. Ensuring that our holiday could continue without any problem.
