It's taken me sometime to write this review, however this was due to us wanting to see how we enjoyed our Outback.I have got to say I have never enjoyed a dealership experience until now that is, with Richard and Jonny there was no hard sell, we mentioned what we were looking for and our budget and we were totally satisfied on both counts. Extremely friendly efficient service and we will definitely go back.As for.the Outback it fits our lifestyle perfectly and does everything it says on the tin very happy.

Very pleased with the service arrangements for our 2 year old Outback. Did everything right, from booking through to delivery, all without fuss. In addition identified a defect with a shock absorber and secured warranty repair. Dealership and manufacture appear to be working together in the interest of the customer.

Having been another victim of the Keyless ignition vehicle theft epidemic I spent over two weeks reviewing cars and speaking to car dealerships around the Warwickshire and Midlands area. Finally I located a potentially suitable replacement vehicle at Cross Roads Garage and from the first contact I made with them I knew this was going to be a far better used vehicle buying experience than I have previously been subjected! Matt the Salesman was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and he did exactly what he said he would do in the time scales agreed and kept me informed every step of the way. The vehicle was very well prepared and valeted and in an almost as new condition on collection, an easy, non-pushy and stress free purchasing experience which made me feel appreciated as a customer and in a safe pair of hands. Well done Matt and Cross Roads I will be back in touch when another vehicle is required.

Absolutely useless. Bought a car from here last summer and traded in my car. Nearly all the work I was told would be done to the car didn’t get done. Stevie wonder could have done a better sales check. The car then went straight back to them for nearly 3 months and still Isn’t working properly. Now I’m just being ignored by the dealer as they owe me over £200 from my road tax that I was being charged 6 months for after they had sold my old car on to someone else! Would not recommend, such a shame as I had such good expectations for this dealer but they really don’t deliver as they should.

A pure review of AMAZING customer service! not from a vehicle but the genuine respect and helpful ness of Jonny in sales department and the mechanic team in the garage.My son has just complete his work experience at their garage and has really enjoyed it, he was made to feel welcome by everyone and really treated like apart of the team.Thank you so much, I am forever grateful as a parent and will be back in touch when he is fully qualified.

Very disappointed with the service received. Paid for a deposit on a car advertised on the website on Sunday afternoon. Spoke to one of the sales team on Monday morning who then informed me that the car had been sold to somebody else, despite still being on their website and the Auto Trader site.I was told that it was a problem with their software but got the distinct impression that I was being lied to and it was human error. I understand that mistakes are made, but don't really like being fobbed off in this way.I was promised a call back at lunchtime but never received one, so called again at close of business, still no real explanation or attempt made to source an alternative vehicle.5 days after paying the deposit, I am yet to receive a refund. Really poor form.
