well what can i say... read the other reviews and seems there are only bad things to say about this appalling company..my experience was disgraceful... had a few incidents over the years but always gave a second chance, more the fool !!!!they have a collector who is not a very nice person to say the least !! Myself and my kids got verbal abuse, intimidation and threatening behavour when their monthly money wasnt waiting for them as i had forgotten they were coming, he then returned the day after as i was going out, so he followed me in the car and told me to go to the bank while he waited !!!i have also asked for an upgrade several times as my last machine kept breaking down with the same complaint...but alas the asnswer was NO, they would take it away then return several days later with the same clapped out machine, only for it to break down yet again... the machines and dryers look like something out of the dark ages, and i am sorry to say even the scrap metal collectors would have to look twice at them... I have had 3 not very good so called reconditioned machines in the last 9 years.they also ask for £15 for repairs if they deem the fault to be of your doing !!their repair man comes accross as being a lovely family man, very chatty etc but BEWARE he is dishonest and talks a load of codswollop, i wouldnt trust him as far as i could throw himall in all this is a company i would NOT reccommend to my worse enemy... everything starts off hunky doory and then slowly but surely goes from bad to very much worse :( :(

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I had a problem with my machine and called to book an engineer to come, I rang shortly after 9 am. the receptionist was quick, very polite and helpful. She couldn’t say what time the engineer would attend, but said it might be early afternoon...at 11.45 he arrived, took a little time to sorts out the problem , but took the machine to the door to avoid spillage in my floor. He too, was very pleasant and advised me about the best ways to avoid the problem I was experiencing. He left the area he had been working in absolutely spotless. Many thanks 10/10.

Well were do you start! What a disgusting and unprofessional company! All goes well at first when they want your money but as soon as you have a problem there attitude will change you will be spoke to like your scum, they contact you by txt message at 1:30AM in the morning twice over the weekend they take your waser away for repair and leave you with one that looks like it was found dumped in a back alley and when you complain they take your washer an dryer away to get you a new one (so they say) then after a week of no return you ring every day to no reply or there voice mail as your still paying the bill you want to know what is going on so you try ringing off a witheld number so they dont no who is ringing and suprise they pick up the phone to say they wont be coming back so cancell your standing order when you ask for deposit back they say they have nothing else to say BYE! These people will fill you full of lies when you talk to them(if you can contact them) then rob you and leave you with nothing wake you and your children early hour of the night txting you messages (drunk/under the influence in my opinion) there drivers/repairer is a scruffy smelly man that stinks of body odors and roll up cigarettes and clothes falling apart that leaves your kitchen sink usless as it leaks on the floor so you have a family of 5 including a new born baby with no kitchen sink washer or dryer. p.s. when asked to fix the sink they said shove a spud(potato) in the hole thet will stop the leak!REPORTED TO WATCHDOG AND SEEKING PROFESSIONAL ADVICE!
