Just returned from six nights in Saorsa and loved it. The lodge is in a beautiful setting, is well equipped, stylish, warm and comfortable and everything is of high quality. The bedroom felt luxurious with hotel quality bedding and has a quirky porthole to the living room. The hot tub made our stay extra special on a lovely balcony with magnificent views of Lochinver and Suilven. Suzy and Roy are excellent hosts and were responsive to any of our queries. The app is very helpful and nice touch to make our stay a fantastic experience.Highly recommend and we will be back.

We enjoyed an incredible stay at Mountview, it really was just the tonic we needed to unwind and explore the beautiful Lochinver.The home was so comfortable and well equipped, and the perfect balance of being private and secluded, but close enough to beautiful walks from the doorstep, and amenities in the village.In winter it is quiet (exactly what we wanted) and managed to spot so much wildlife, from the house and beyond, including a Golden Eagle.The house was immaculate, so warm and cosy, with all useful information to hand. Sitting in the hot tub looking at the stars was heaven.Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Absolutely amazing holiday staying in fabulous cottage in a stunning location. Jacuzzi and sauna just added to our experience!Can’t think of enough superlatives to describe the scenery and the beaches in this area. Magnificent!

Our second time at Muir-lan, and very impressed again. The location in particular would be more than 5 stars if possible! Accommodation very clean, tidy and comfortable. Several updates had been made since our last stay, too. Highly recommended.

Amazing hosts very welcoming! Cottage - an old historic build has been beautifully renovated, got all modcons. Sauna and hot tub done to full spec. Views are spectacular! Nice, quiet and peaceful area to relax!

A lovely accommodation with some high-end features. Very peaceful. Comfortable. Table was small even for two in kitchen.We used cottage as a base station and managed to cover from Durness down to Ullapool on days out. Absolutely stunning scenery and beautiful beachesUnfortunately, the hot tub wasn't working fully, but it was still warm with some bubbles. The owners kindly agreed to refund half the extra for hot tub and we still used for the week.

Me and my husband have stayed at the Mountview Pod for few nights, and we loved every minute spent there. Roy and Susan, the owners of the place, are extremely accomodating and very friendly. The pod itself is very cozy, and the hot tub with fireplace on the decking were such a great bonus! Safe parking available next to the pod. I wish we could stay there at least for 5 nights next time, 7 nights would be ideal! :)

Absolutely gorgeous cottage in a lovely location with very friendly hosts. Home from home, the cottage was filled with some nice extras you don’t normally get (inc a large floor fan - we had a heatwave so was very welcome) and lovely crockery from the local pottery. Very doggy friendly too and loved the dog drying mat and blankets that were left for us to use. The gardens and view were just perfect and we loved the cosy conservatory. We will definitely be back!!

We’ve just had a brilliant week at Saorsa Lodge. It’s comfortable, as everything you could possibly need and the views are incredible. Suzie and Roy were friendly and welcoming hosts and have clearly put a lot of thought into creating wonderful holiday accommodation. We’ll definitely stay here again.
