The guy who runs/owns the shop was an amazing help to me, he did a full guitar set up for a very reasonable price. He really knows his stuff and I for one would highly recommend this ship for all your musical instrument need 10 out of 10, in fact I'm gonna go beyond that and say 11 out of 10, tha5s how pleased I am.

Great service from knowledgeable and very helpful, friendly staff. Played a number of guitars with no pressure just good advice. Made my choice and price matching against the internet made the decision easy. I now have a beautiful guitar which sounds fantastic. Thanks for all the help from the staff at Greensleeves

I would definitely recommend going to Greensleeves music shop, Iain is the man to see he has amazing knowledge of all instruments, he gave me excellent advice on the ukulele and I bought a new ukulele no pressure, absolutely brilliant knowledge I would highly recommend that if you want an instrument pop there and see this guy, there is nothing he doesn't know and is such a nice person, please do that and you will not be disappointed, thank you Iain for all your help.

Brilliant - this is the only music shop for MILES and they've got everything! (if they haven't, they'll get it.) Much more fun than shopping online and cheaper

I can only echo the previous five star reviews.I went in today wanting to buy a guitar as a complete and utter novice, not even able to read music.I got excellent advice. Iain spent time with me explaining what was what, advising me on what suited my needs, showing me how to tune the guitar, and helping me make sense of the beginners book,Absolutely no hard sell whatsoever.I can honestly barely believe such customer service still exists.Listening to him on the phone, and with other customers, he is clearly very knowledgeable too.He matched the internet price for me, and genuinely meant it when he said to ring him if I get stuck with anything.How's that for personal service!?!Thanks so much Iain.

I had an electrics problem with my guitar. Iain quickly found the problem and repaired my guitar within an hour. His technical and product knowledge is superb. A 5 minute chat with Iain broadens the mind on the world of guitars and associated gear.

I'm just learning guitar and was helped by a very patient and knowledgeable gent. He didn't try to upsell the guitar nor did he try to get me to buy extras but when I asked about the case he was helpful but didnt push me to buy the most expensive. Am very pleased with my purchase and having practiced he's right the one I was using was too big. Would highly recommend especially for a newby.

A wonderful store. Excellent selection of quality instruments to suit from beginners to intermediate and beyond. Genuinely helpful and knowledgeable staff. Very pleasant and encouraging atmosphere to browse and take time to choose without hard pressure. I've been before and left fully satisfied (with a fine banjolele that has stood me in good stead at gigs). This time I chose a beautiful spalted maple ukulele. A very happy choice. Thoroughlyhappy experiences on all visits. Looking forward to going again.
