At my time there, staff were above and beyond with assistance whenever you needed anything, very friendly and helpful. I have to give a special mention to Marcus, he was a standout and was always helpful whenever I had any difficulties with anything, he'd step in and help resolving it, deserves a pay rise or a bonus for giving such great reputation to the business!

We went to discuss storage, and met up with Jennie...LOVELY LADY.. She was most helpful and very pleasant. She showed us the various storage options available, with no pressure at all, for us to sign up.Next day, we did sign up, and again Jennie took us through the required paperwork requirements in her most helpful and cheerful way.The facility is super clean, all access very easy with lifts to floors, and with push trolleys to put your stuff on. Access to site is brilliant, with ample parking and unloading space.All in all, cannot fault.

I haven't actually moved into the storage unit as yet, but the team have been great with my constant emails, change of dates, change of sizing etc..I am sure a few choice words have been said offline/once phone receiver replaced, but managed to stay professional throughout.

Safestore Merryhill were absolutely wonderful from booking my storage to looking after my property I can not fault them. Special thanks to Marcus who was always very helpful, he was like a long lost friend. You don't see them for years but when you need them they are always there for you. I cannot recommend this branch more! Best customer service I have ever experienced. The staff are professional, polite and fun.I came towards the end of the day and needed a unit last minute in 2022. The guys managed to sort it out before closing. I'm so thankful to the team at Merry Hill.Can't fault facilities or the cleanliness at this branch

Completely satisfied with using safestore. The staff are very helpful always on hand to answer any questions. Easy access to load and unload. Maybe could do with a 2nd lift at one point it broke temporarily but was soon fixed. Thank you
