The establishment is a bit dour due to its age but make no mistake that for its size it hosts a supringly wide range of unique consumables.The staff are mostly friendly and keen to help like all good employees should. However despite its wide variety it does have only a small space to display its goods.In a town with a Sainsbury's and a Morrison's I'm surprised it still endures, but compared to the two it has a more unique selection of goods. For those with a keen nose and eye it is worth sampling their time tested stock.

I have tried to call about my delivery, no one answers the phone. No vegetables and four broken eggs. Disgusting!Perhaps head office answer their phones.

Only 1 cashier on duty, customers waiting in long line for ages. Ended up putting our groceries back and leaving the store. Useless!

Iceland is Iceland, basically.Always good offers and a good place to shop.They have great customer service and the staff are very friendly and offer quality foods at a great price, especially if you are on a budget

I fell over on the way in cuz the floor was so slippery, and I dislocated my knee, AND when I asked for some medical help, the workers just laughed at me and left me paralyzed on the floor. this shop caused me to catch the autism from the air. Thanks for that, now I'm in hospital with salmonella.

Store is in a weird tucked away location but is big enough stocks a lot staff are friendly and happy easy accessibility for less abled people car park over the road lift next to shop to take up to main road market Jew street

Excellent large selections of frozen food; entries, appetizers, side dishes, desserts. Smaller selections of fresh foods; fruit, vegetables, meat, cheeses other dairy. Drinks wine & some alcohol. Snacks, crisps including international choices. You really can't beat the prices compared with other corporate grocery stores. Delivery services & friendly, helpful staff. Should definitely be checked out!
