Wow, on my way to a funeral today, I don’t wear my posh shoes very often and they had developed a very loud squeak. Not something I wanted at a funeral. I went to Timpson’s Speke at 2pm today and asked the guy if he could fix them quickly. He said he couldn’t but asked what size shoe I was. We were the same size. He offered to lend me his shiny black shoes for the funeral. What a guy. Amazing!!!!

Ian is such a nice lad who is always happy to help. A real credit to Timpson.

Top class service from the guy at Timpsons in Morrisons Speke today I couldn't of thanked him enough. The screw fell out my sunglasses and glass fell out. I went by chance to see if he had any screws to fix my sunglasses, which thankfully he did. No issues he went out of his way and fixed them for me. Thanks again.

Very helpful guy , removed 2 watch links from birthday new watch, and told me if any others needed to be removed then no extra charge, which is good as I have to get another link removed.
