I am writing as Brendan's wife, Judy. When I came to Aaron my anxiety was sky high. I had suffered anxiety for about 3 years and it had gotten a lot worse recently with my husband being diagnosed with a serious heart condition. The effect of that first hypnotherapy session was immediate and long lasting - my anxiety plummeted. It has remained at a lower level, and my sleep has also improved, though I still remain on my sleeping tablets. I listen to the apps daily and they help me relax. I am so grateful for Aaron's hypnotherapy sessions.

Aaron really puts you at ease from get go! Communication was great and booking an appointment was easy. I wanted to to try and kick my soft drinks and chocolate habit but I've never been able to. Just one session with Aaron and I havent touched either since, and its been nearly 2 weeks! Highly recommended - thanks Aaron!
