Honestly! Who answers the phone in a professional environment with 'Hiya, Can I put you on hold?' Then does so without even time for me to respond??The receptionist at Bolton Orthodontic Centre! That's who!I rang off and found a polite, well mannered dental practice and made a private appointment at a third of the cost too!BOLTON ORTHORDONTIC CENTRE : Your smile matters,But so does how you answer the phone.

I have being going here for over two years with my daughter and always found the service extremely efficient. The staff have always been pleasant and helpful and the dentist has always explained all the treatment fully. Waiting has never been an issue and getting emergency appointments has never been a problem. Very satisfied with Bolton Orthodontic Centre.

I called to arrange an appointment for braces, slightly confused at the process as this is my first time sorting my dentistry as an adult. Receptionist cut me off twice and then hung up while I was mid-sentence with a bye" without giving me any further information for what to do. When we're talking about spending thousands of pounds on treatment you'd think you'd treat your clientele better

We were referred by our regular dentist for potential braces for our two boys due to the current waiting list for the NHS. One of our boys was referred for medical reasons and the other for aesthetic purposes. Given their current ages (13), we wanted initial advice on how best to proceed moving forward. Lovely clinic, very welcoming staff, thorough examination and detailed explanation of options available along with completely impartial advice.Really liked Tink’s approach and manner, he explained to both our boys what he was doing throughout, they were completely on board and he made them feel totally at ease.I would definitely recommend.

We are mid process at present for my son. He is 14 and was so nervous to have braces fitted. The tram have been excellent, always inform him of what’s happening and it feels like they genuinely care about getting things right. There is never a long wait and the place is always clean. Free parking right outside. We like it as much as you can like an orthodontist. Contrary to other reviews - I have always found the receptionists helpful and friendly.

Friendly and welcoming staff , very supportive and polite. Very clean place , doesn’t smell nasty. Lots of spaces out comfortable seating , waiting times aren’t horrific ! Perfect place
