Shakespeares service has gone down in the last few years since the father stopped delivering the meds, have had many issues with deliveries for a while now so reluctantly left them. The pharmist (shabbir) can be rude & difficult to understand at times. Don't advertise a service if you can't deliver on it.

As being a mystery shopper and been around this chemist for quite a while now, first I witnessed a couple getting told they was late I looked at my watch it was infact 12.57 ,the pharmacy was so rude told them to to go, even though they wasn't closed till 4, the handling of them customers was far from professional, if I could it would be a big fat zerobig f

I have used this pharmacy since moving to Bradford and I’ve always found them polite and I always get good service. Unlike the larger chemists who have lost the way of customer service these guys have it in spades

Lovely little chemist. Staff are patient and kind, I always leave feeling they really care. I believe they still do a needle exchange and they also deliver my meds!
