Its my first time writing a google review, its that bad!Kepa talks too much and does not shy away from passive aggressive comments. For example, he asked me whether i had box dye on my hair because it was looking brassy. I said no, he said “its red, its trashy, i love it” but i could hear his comments in the back saying otherwise.Another time, i was being served by Nora and she was mixing the hair dye and i heard him tell her “you can’t fix it, its too brassy” even though i never dyed my own hair or used box dye. He also called a client crazy after she left because she was looking for her headphones in the salon. I felt judged every time i went there, which was regrettably 3 times.Nora did not understand my briefing at all! I showed her multiple pictures of what i want and she cut my hair in a completely different way. I have to now wait until i can salvage it. She was also working on two different clients at the same time which is highly unprofessional. She did do a good job colouring my hair, thats why I put 2 stars.The guy that styled my hair does not know what beach waves are or does not know how to make them.The only person that did my hair exactly how i wanted it was Andrea and sadly she left the business.Don’t go there.

Perfect cut and blowdry by Kepa! Great vibe, lovely chat and fantastic hair :) I would 100% reccomend wherever you are based in London, as it’s worth the ride. I will be back as I am very pleased with the result.

3 months later and my hair is still far from recovered after my appointment with Kepa. I’m sorry to have to post this but I was too upset to even leave a review the first time so it was bound to happen eventually. The volume/thickness in my hair was completely butchered and it’s still damaged. The moment Kepa saw hair that was seemingly thicker than normal he went trigger happy with a blade and some scissors and removed years worth of growth without a second thought. There was more care in holding a conversation than there was dealing with hair that I told him needed to look presentable for a wedding. After getting a second haircut days after my visit to Mullet to fix the mess, the barber was stunned with just how thin and uneven my hair was. Strands of hair longer than others, some parts thick and volumous and most parts completely shredded down to nothing. I was devastated and 3 months later my hair is not the same and I don’t think it will be for a while. The worst part is that I only asked for a small trim, but it’s like this went in one ear and out the other. Again I’m even apologising for having to leave this review here but it just wasn’t fair to be so careless to my hair. Hair is such a big part of a persons confidence and this experience truly destroyed it (£42!)

Kepa has been doing my hair for many years. I am impressed over and over again how he transforms my look. My hair has been so messy and unhealthy at some point, yet he made it look I have super healthy and shiny.I love his honesty and transparency! I love long hair and always beg him to leave it long, but there have been times where he needed to cut shorter because otherwise I would have left the salon with beautiful, but still broken hair.I have referred many of my friends to Mullet and always recommend to ask for Kepa!He is very talented and also entertaining. There’s never been a time where we haven’t laughed through the entire salon!If you are looking for a great hairdresser that puts you in a good mood too, look no further!Thank you for the head massage too! That alone is worth visiting!!

My first time here and I have already booked my next apt because I had such a lovely experience.Had a cut, colour, toner (pink), wash and blow dry by Daniella and with help from the assistant Rachel who both did an amazing job!The whole process took around 3.5 hours and cost £230.I was well looked after for the whole time - regularly offered water, tea, coffee, wine, beer etc.They also played some great background music (disco) and I felt very comfortable throughout the whole experience.Thank you - I’m already looking forward to my next visit ☺️

I have had my hair cut by Kepa for a while and every time he absolutely smashes it. I have a shaggy hairstyle which is not an easy style to accomplish, yet he really is the expert. I leave the salon over the moon every time. He is friendly and always consults with me before he does anything, which makes me feel really relaxed. Couldn’t ask for a better hairstylist

Absolutely phenomenal! Firstly I just want to say service was just outstanding, I felt welcomed, greeted with warming smiles and the overall atmosphere was just amazing. I had my gentlemen's cut done by Luke who was just the absolute best I cannot emphasise enough how wonderful it was to have my hair done with attention to detail to my hair, guiding me step by step to a result I am more than pleased with. I highly recommend coming over you will not be disappointed!

My partner came to do his hair and was so excited to get his mullet trimmed just to come home really distraught and upset. He has very thick asian textured hair and which has been thinned to the brim and messed up his hair texture which he has been growing out for years. After paying £42 he has now resulted to go to his local salon as he needed to look presentable for a wedding and everyone has commented how his hair is not as nice as usual, destroying his confidence - Kepa was the stylist who did his hair

I have been going to Kepa since Mullet opened and I won't let anyone else touch my hair. Always the perfect colour and cut. I went from dark brown to blonde. Before discovering Mullet i used to get anxious getting my hair done but Kepa puts me at ease and is always absolutely lovely.
