We had a hive installed (through British Gas) and Dave completed the installation for us. Although there were a couple of issues upon installation, Dave went above and beyond to resolve this for us to ensure he could complete the job and to a very a high standard. His customer service and professionalism was second to none. Thank you so much, from a very happy and warm customer!

Tip top in every way. Came out at short notice since our heating was off & it was very cold. Recommended HIVE & explained why. Kept in touch well.Fitted new kit and made sure it worked.Helped me connect the app, set up a schedule and feel confident in its use.Professional, competent and friendly. Exceptionally good service. Dave came out to our boiler at very short notice and on a Saturday morning. A very competent and thorough gas engineer who quickly got us up and running again. He'd even managed to borrow a spare part from a colleague to fix it untill we were able to get a new part installed under the manufacturer's warranty and which took them 2 weeks to fix. Needless to say we will always use Dave's services. Highly recommended.
