We received a first class service from Aidan. He was open, decent and trustworthy in the negotiation, and provided a very high level of service, including picking me up from Bognor Regis station, attending efficiently to all paperwork and making sure throughout by listening that he was providing a high level of service. The car we purchased was clean and well-presented.

I went into the Skoda show room to buy my first car and the team were really helpful (Aidan, Sandeep, Robin). They were patient with me whilst I was figuring out what I wanted in a car and gave me as much information as possible, to make the right decision. Aidan was very helpful, knowledgeable and made the process a smooth one. He also completed a follow-up call after I had bought the car, to make sure there were no issues.

I purchased a vehicle from Richmond Skoda, Bognor Regis last week. The whole process from viewing to purchasing was a very simplified process. This was aided by the brilliant sales agent Sarah McCarthy who ensured the whole process went through absolutely flawless. Sarah never pressurised me, gave me time to think, and went out of her way to get me a great deal. Sarah is easy to talk to, extremely professional and goes that extra mile and really cares about the customer. She is 100% genuine in what she says and does. Sarah said to me on numerous occasions to phone her with any queries. Sarah sorted everything from start to finish, I didn’t have to lift a finger. Sarah kept me informed on every step of the sale and has since left me messages since I purchased the car to ensure everything is OK. I would 100% recommend this garage and the brilliant Sarah. I can honestly say that for me, the whole process was a very positive 10/10 experience indeed.

We were initially in the market to replace our second car but ended up buying a low mileage pre - owned Skoda Karoq which we are both delighted with and will become our main car. The whole team was really friendly dealt with Aidan to begin with who was great at putting our minds at ease and helping with changing motability cars. Then to finish deal off we dealth with a lovely lady called Sarah who kept us up to date with regards of when can pick up our new car even when completing the paper work she remind calm and made us laugh! The nice man who help sell us the cleaning products wasn't to pushy but informed us of the benefits of having the cleaning kit! The manager was also friendly and was bout to help the team with any issues that may have arisen but allowed his team to do a great job. Nothing was too much for them and really made you feel welcomed- not like some who can make you feel uncomfortable especially if your a motability customer they treated you the same as if you was a paying customer which makes you feel valued! Will definitely be renewing when can! Well done everyone that helped us get the right car. The only thing that would've made it a 5 star is would've been nice to been asked if we wanted to test drive it [if I'd thought at time I'm sure they would've!] But apart from that 10 out of 10 will definitely be renewing when it's time for renewal thanks again Sarah and Aidan =]

Great experience from start to finish!Aidan has been so helpful when it came to finding a car with exactly what I wanted, he was very knowledgeable about everything and gave me a lot of information that I wouldn’t have even thought about!When it came to buying him, as well as Sandeep were just as helpful and amazing, even though I had some problems on my end! They kept checking up with me, updating me and made me feel like a valued customer. They have explained everything I needed to know very clearly and I am so happy with my car!
