Tile Smart

Tile Smart/Plumb Smart are a really great store. They have lot's of items on display to look at and have brochures with many options in. They are very competitively priced and the owners are really helpful, giving good advice and great customer service. They updated us on delivery and the turnaround to get our bathroom suite delivered was really quick.

We renovated 4 bathrooms including two en-suite. Gee was extremely patient and understanding that we indecisive and very selective in our designs. We purchased everything from him and now have lovely bathrooms that we really like. The range of products from bathroom ware and tiles is fantastic but overall the competitive price and fast response/customer service is unparalleled. So pleased we supported a local family business as opposed to a larger company.

I had been looking to redecorate my 3 bathrooms and got reccomend to go to Tile Smart after checking other places and not finding what I wanted. Gee and Aron were very helpful and listened to what I wanted! Great customer service and not too pushy. I told them briefly the idea I had in mind and they helped me put it all together. After we sorted out the bathrooms I told them I was looking to change my kitchen wall tiles and flooring and they also managed to sort that out for me too! In the end I got near enough everything from Tile Smart. Would definitely go back again and reccomend all friends and family to go there as well.

I was looking everywhere for some new radiators for my living room and bathroom. And I found Plumb Smart Tile Smart, and they were brilliant. They gave me brilliant advice as to what radiators were the best ones to buy, the range they've got is amazing. From the cheapest option to the most expensive.They guided me all the way as to what i needed. Time aswell was brilliant they got what I needed very quick.I can give them nothing less than 5 stars for price, time and advice, I have recommended them to my friends and family. Aron and G have offered an exceptional and knowledgeable service, always going the extra mile to find the best products to satisfy our specifications and design. They also have a very good professional relationship with our excellent builder, Mark Cole, which has made the refurbishment process a lot smoother. I highly recommend them and I'm really happy to support our local business.

The guys were great advising us on the best products for our shower refurbishment. Lots of choice of products and manufactures. Easy to order and delivered on the day as requested. Really great when ordering additional materials. Fast and efficient. Overall customer experience and service was amazing. Great prices too. Thoroughly recommend, and thanks again Tile Smart, we'll be back !

Great service from start to finish for my fathers and my own bathroom refit. They helped with selection of products, keep us informed of orders and then delivered products when promised at a good price to others. I got to hear of them from a neighbour and will be using them again. Thanks to Gee and Arron.

Having visited the Tile Smart showroom, I knew this is where I wanted to get my tiles from within 5 minutes. I believe in supporting small business that have professionalism, hard work, honesty and respect at heart. This was exactly that place.I was shown all suitable options when I gave my requirements for a feature wall. In addition to the tiles I was able to get everything required to get the tiles up. The prices were competitive and were ready for me to collect in good time. I couldn't be happier with the Porcelanosa tiles, they look great and I've only had great complements.Since the feature wall has been finished I've already referred a few other people to Tile Smart.I'm super impressed with what we managed to produce as well as the joy of doing business with all the team at Tile Smart. I'd definitely use them again and recommend others to do so too.

All very good untill i have returned my leftover tiles - didn't refund full price.What a disappointment
