Brilliant service and polite staff. Ordered a 2 x bedside cabinets and a hypnos mattress. Upon delivery drivers took the mattress upstairs along with the bedside cabinets. Would have no hesitations in recommending 4 Front Furniture.

Terry and his business is the worst I've ever come across too! We were sold a sofa for £1600 and i would love to show you the pictures of what happened and how the faux leather started peeling itself off, we have 6 seperate seats which formed into a corner unit and are only my husband in the flat. Its been over 2 years and now and we have been complaining to Terry since it was just over a year terry is not accepting any responsibility!!! BE CAREFUL AND DONT FLUSH YOUR MONEY.

I have placed a few orders in the past and have never been treated right. There is no communication between the company and customers and you have to keep chasing them to know what is going on with the order. The delivery drivers hardly speak English and are very careless when delivering items. It is more a chore than a job for them which is not how it should be!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Always professional and fast service. Nothing is ever a problem and any matter is always dealt with speedily and with no fuss. Best prices around too and Kat especially is a joy to work with. Can't recommend enough.

Took 2 months for a wardrobe to arrive and customer service was terrible. Would rather train as a carpenter, chop down a tree and make the wardrobe myself over buying from 4 front furniture again

Worst service ever and rude boss called Terry. He needs to be trained in customer service skills and needs to learn on how to talk to people overall.We were promised a price at the shop three times the same price and the lady told us to come on Tuesday to order the bed. However, Terry said its not possible to sell at that price and that this is his staff fault for promising this price to me!At least could have apologised which he didn't and talk to me rudely. In the end it's not customers mistake for him messing up his business Price and policies.I relied on their bed to order at that price!I just wasted my time and money going there.If you would like to get bad and unprofessional customer service and if you would like get shouted by the people who you wanted to do business with, this is he best place to go!!!

All of the staff are very friendly, professional and accomodating, including the deliverymen. Quality furniture at unbeatable prices. I will be a repeat customer and recommend this business without hesitation.

I used 4 Front Furniture to furnish 3 bedrooms at one of my rental properties, as i was recommended to do so by a family friend. They were priced well and delivered and installed the items swiftly and efficiently. It has now become my go to place for furniture and will be using them again in future.
