Some of the most professional and friendly staff I have ever had the delight to contact. Caitlin was supportive every step of the way towards starting my new career, with follow up feedback and nothing was too much trouble. Within just a few weeks, I was offered a job with the help of regular advice and coaching. I would definitely recommend Redwood search to anyone who is looking for either a change in career, or just a new role in a similar profession. Redwood were absolutely brilliant in helping me get my new job. Michelle especially was fantastic as she provided me with a lot of information and preparation before my interview and even helped me with sorting out the paperwork once I had gotten the job. I would really recommend them as they made the difficult process of finding a new career so much easier thanks to their advice and guidance and Michelle in particular went above and beyond with her help.

After not much success at finding a job after graduating last summer, I was approached by Michelle with a role after seeing my cv online. She was kind in giving me a lot of information about what the role entailed and the company. When receiving an interview she made sure I was well prepped by going over some questions and preparing some answers. With her help and expertise I was successful in securing my dream role in an amazing company and will be starting soon. I was very stressed about getting a job after university, and was really struggling as I really wanted to stay in Birmingham. Michelle emailed me about a job offer that looked amazing. She coached me through the interview process and was there for the after when I wasn’t sure I got the job and was reassuring me when I doubted myself. She called me as soon as she heard the news that I got the job! I honestly don’t know what I would have done without the help she gave and I’m so excited for my new journey! Thank you Michelle!

An interview was arranged for me, and on the day of Arlene spent half an hour talking to me about what would potentially be asked during the interview and how I should answer. Redwood has been amazing at helping me with the process of getting a post-grad job. Michelle was extremely supportive throughout the whole application process from start to finish and was fantastic at keeping in touch and communicating important information. I was particularly nervous about the interview but she provided amazing support by going through possible questions, discussing the company with me and making me feel comfortable. I ended up getting offered the job so cannot recommend Redwood and Michelle enough.

After uploading my CV onto Indeed, Redwood contacted with me with some potential jobs available that would be suitable. After signing up with them, I was interviewed by a company not too long and started with said company shortly after in a temp to perm basis, and now 2 weeks later they offered me a full time contract which I have accepted. So a massive thanks to redwood for helping me get back into fulltime employment :)
