An amazing array of costumes to choose from, both to buy and hire, despite not being a fancy dress person myself, even I couldn't help be excited about the choice, and really helpful and friendly staff too!

I went in to get a costume for my son for Halloween they were very helpful an was patient with my son who didn't quite know which one he wanted he was very happy with his choice after trying on a few things

Would definitely not recommend this place, we drove the best part of an hour to hire a costume to be refused access to look at them probably because its 4.15 on a Friday evening, there were teenagers sitting eating in the shop and customer service wasnt good, I was asked if I was local and when I said not really it made no difference so really no point in asking! It says that you close at 5.30 on your website I think 4.15 is more than enough time, absolutely no help or service what so ever extremely disappointed.

We first saw the Party Place at the Crabwall Manor Hotel at a wedding fair. We loved what we saw and decided to ask them to do our wedding. There service we received from start to finish was amazing. We advised them what we wanted and they didn’t disappoint. When we saw the result on our big day. It was just what we wanted. Thank you Joy and her team

Absolutely brilliant experience yesterday. Me and my hubby visited to try and get some horror outfits!!! Yes I know it’s July, but that was the party theme! Anyway both Joy & Christine were absolutely brilliant and so patient with us, although we most certainly drove them up the wall. Nothing was too much trouble and what an amazing shop! They literally had everything! Highly recommend to anyone! Great job ladies xxx
