Hb's Hairdressing Salon

I had myself and my two daughters booked in today for a cut. I was really nervous coming with young children but the staff were great!! We had Stacey cutting all of our hair and she was just amazing. She was so patient with my girls and really listened to what I wanted. She talked me through what she will be doing and checked to see if I was happy ong the way.Had a great experience and will defo be using them again!

First time at Hb's and my daughter absolutely loved it! She had her hair cut by Yazmin, who did a great job - highly recommended x

I have today visited hbsalon for the first time. My stylist was Stacey. She was so proffesional and prompt. Her time keeping was amazing, she was so friendly and very kind. I will be coming back for my hair as i loved how she coloured and styled my hair. Both ladies at the salon were amazing. Danielle was also very friendly, even though she was so busy she asked me if i wanted a drink. Both girls were amazing and i would reccommend to everyone. Thank you Stacey for making me look beautiful again.

Second visit to Hb's, love it!Really clean, excellent covid prevention inside.Stacey greeted me warmly and professionally, a lovely lady, very welcoming.Danielle once again has done a perfect cut, I couldn't have asked for more. Exactly how I like it. Danielle is meticulous in her work, ensuring her client is happy throughout.She is a lovely lovely lady, she made me feel welcome and she didn't have any issues resolving the mess a previous hair stylist had left on my head.I love chatting with her, she is great if Danielle left this salon I would be following her.Keep it up ladies your salon and stylists are amazing.

I visited this salon as I am new to the area, and they also had an offer on. I was very pleasantly surprised, I had a cut and restyle done by hairdresser Danielle, she was very warm and welcoming and made me feel at ease straight away. Clean and friendly salon, I was very happy with my hair and the groupon offer was great value for money. Will definitely be visiting them again x

Stacey did my hair. I went from always long to my first ever bob style and she absolutely killed it!!! Stacey did an incredible job talking me through everything and making sure I left with exactly what I imagined. Your hands are like magic Stacey. Please let me be one of your regulars xxx

I rang this salon the other week to rearrange an appointment, the staff member that answered was very polite to myself, I explained that unfortunately I had been very poorly and could not make it so would it be possible to rearrange? I told her I had received a salon text from them and said sorry i am poorly as it said i had missed my appointment and that the message also said no problem just give the salon a ring when your better, said she would ask her manager to ring me on the Thursday. Thursday came no phone call so I waited until Saturday then rang back and the manager answered I explained the situation and mentioned that I had rang she said nobody told me.She said you have lost your deposit we are a business. I left it for a couple of hours and then rang back and another staff member answered I explained that I had been hospitalised and was poorly and that I could not ring from my hospital bed, she said you should have mentioned in the salon text you received that you had paid a deposit, I replied what did you want me to do ring you from my hospital bed? She replied that's not our problem and she left it at that. The booking was in the diary with the deposit amount so it could have been checked, I only wanted to rearrange it they would have been getting the rest of the money. I am absolutely appalled at how I was spoken to as I am in agony after having a major operation that left me in hospital for weeks and weeks and I am still not well, so there is obviously no customer service skills and no communication also I saved this money up out of my benefits so I hope you enjoy taking off the poor especially with the cost of living crisis. I said I would be telling my friends and never going there again to one of the staff and she just said sorry you feel like that.

All the staff are very friendly and professional. I got very fine and straight hair and tried many places but no one could cut my hair right until I met Sarah. She is the only hairdresser who can give me the style I want and create the extra volume my hair is lack of. I often get nice comments about my haircut every time after I visit the Salon. My best friend wanted to give a go after seeing my haircut and she was very satisfied with how Becky handled her fizzy hair. So very happy I found Hb's hairdressing Salon!

I absolutely loved the friendliness and the way both my girls' hairs were cut, one had blowdry cut .... Will definitely go again, Thank-you Brooklyn & Jasmin
