I purchased my first home with connells and Jess & Richard were so helpful throughout the whole process. They kept in contact with us the whole time, answered all my questions and explained each stage so I understood everything. Both of their customer service really was impeccable.

I will always recommend Jess as she understands your needs and support appropriately. She definitely went above and beyond my expectations this second time and nothing was too much trouble when help was needed. Success buy as a result! Other mentions including Nichola and Navneet as well as Ross the boss, all are very friendly and professional. Definitely recommend for buying from Connells but the only down side is solicitors; have your own solicitors as the one they use is neither professional nor budget friendly.
