We have been with eProperty for more than a year and everyone has been very responsive and helpful, but one person that has stood out for me is Tom Sharp, as his surname suggests.Tom is very sharp indeed, as well as responsive, helpful and always prepared to go above and beyond to help his tenants. So I really cant thank or recommend him enough.

Matthew has provided a brilliant service. He has been really helpful throughout the process so far. Great communication, letting me know what is going on & answering my many questions! He has liaised with the landlord regarding requests I have made & come back with positive results. Very happy.

We’ve been with E Property a while now, but since Tom took over I can’t thank him enough for the great customer service I’ve received. Had some issues with the appliances in the property however Mat, Tom and the Eproperty team dealt with this effectively in a polite and professional manner. All of the team are courteous and happy to help, I am not always an easy party to please however any issues were dealt with efficiently.

Really great experience with ePA. We had a slightly rocky start to our tenancy, but massive props to Tom, Martin and Jo for being there for us every step of the way and sorting everything out for us! I particularly appreciated the patience and understanding they displayed in dealing with any issues we had, and we never felt like just ‘a number’. Tom Sharpe from EProperty (Property Management) was very quick to respond to emails regarding a new maintenance issue at the property I reside in.
