I've been twice for balayage with Anna and both times she's been exceptional. Excellent colour and my hair feels amazing after.

Anna and Annie were absolutely amazing. It was my first time at the salon and they really took the time to get to know what I wanted and took real care with my hair. Especially appreciated Anna’s kindness in making sure I was comfortable and that I had something to eat after a long session in the chair.My balayage is absolutely beautiful and the cut is very flattering. This will certainly be my regular salon going forward. Thanks again xx

Anna gave my hair a great cut and restyle Anna is also a great hair colourist her attention to detail to get my colour right on my highlights was perfect . On top of being extremely welcoming and listening carefully to what her client would like, she is attentive to detail, precise and deeply knows her art. Anna is magic! She is so knowledgeable and completely transformed my hair. I’ve had so many compliments and my hair has never looked so healthy after getting highlights before. Anna took great care with my hair and everything was done with precision. Highly recommend and worth travelling for!

Anna is the first hair stylist who understood exactly what I wanted and executed it perfectly. She took her time to understand my wavy/curly hair texture and made sure I was happy every step of the way. She is also just super sweet and great to chat to :)

I have recently had a half-head balayage and hair cut at Ana’s salon; this is my third time and I will keep coming back. The results are amazing, the colours blend in very well but at the same time keeping the definition; and my hair feels great. Ana is very professional and the products she uses are high quality.

I booked as I had read very good reviews. Went into the salon to discuss options and was quoted prices that were more expensive than online, but told there was a 20% discount.Rang later on in the week to inquire why the different prices quoted, so was told by Anna to come in 15 mins before my appointment for a consultation. Arrived on time but Anna was on the phone so did not have the consultation, her colleague Stella just started on my hair. I had not been offered a patch test when I had first went in to book, should have been my first red flag.I had a half head of highlights, however when it was finished, I pointed out that Stella had left it uneven at the route. Anna agreed so instructed Stella to put more foils closer to the root. This second set of foils were left on for too long, so when unfolded, I now had an orangey strip of my hair, and both sides of my scalp were different colours. Anna then came over, telling Stella that she had left the foil on for too long, and corrected the mess by adding in lowlights.For a 9:45 appointment, I did not leave the salon until after 2pm.The colour was corrected however you can still see the line where the second foil was left on too long.When it came to pay Anna said she would knock money off, which was a mere £10, making it still come to £150. It does not look worth the money.Really disappointing experience. The only good side was that Anna was able to do a good job of correcting the colour. As someone who does not go to the hairdressers often, I wish I had have chosen somewhere else. I unfortunately will not be returning.
