This place is just perfect! Service was incredible! Food was so delicious and served quickly. Staff very friendly. I was so glad to find gluten free menu as I am gluten intolerant. Thank you so much!

Lovely place. The food is fantastic but quite small for the price. The atmosphere was great, it really felt like a street food place. Service a little slow but they were busy. All the dishes were tasty and cooked well. I would definitely recommend this for something a little different.

In Newcastle for an overnight stay and didn't fancy the hotel offering, so went for a short walk to Chinatown. Zapp is very much Thai Street food and it's great. First off they serve Leo which is my favourite Thai beer, but they also have Singa in draft. The service was great and very quick as you would expect with street food. Friendly staff are able to help if you need any with the menu and how spicy things are, but a guide is on the menu. I stayed away from 3 chilli dishes. Now the food is amazingly full of flavour and just what I needed after a day of travelling up north. Well worth a visit if you are in Newcastle. The pork was crispy with a juicy soft inside and was just delicious. Reasonable prices for the centre of a large city. Now to try this dish in Bangkok to see how it compares!

Incredibly quirky atmosphere, lots of well planned decor to look at and enjoy. Food was lovely and the cocktails were well presented. Overall a great semi casual fun spot for a meal out, some really good tuk tuk shaped booths too!

【update from 25.11.2023: I have to be honest the quality of food in this restaurant has been decreasing intensively. Last night I ordered the coconut beef curry and it was terrible. The potatoes were cut into big dices with some kind of a tool and carrots was sliced with some other kind of slicer, which is a type of carrots you would see in a cup noodle. The worst is the beef, it’s I chewable! Also such beef should be only use in sizzling beef or fired noodles so I just don’t under stand why it is in curry. How could it be so bad! I asked for a discount but it only took off £2. 95 for me. I still don’t think that whole dish deserve 10 pound(after discounts I asked for). I don’t think I’ll come back here for a while. 】I have been to this place many times, and I think it’s the best Thai restaurant in Newcastle. Their food is a bit pricey, but they’re very good quality. The stuff are friendly and efficient, even if there’s something wrong with the food, they’re willing to change it for you you, you just have to let them know. So this time. I ordered TomYum soup and they put too much lime. It was really sour but I managed to finish most of it. I complained about it after I finished and they said next time they can change it for me for free before I continue eating. I really like their attitude. It’s a 5 Star restaurant . definitely worthy to go.

Delicious food at affordable prices, over 100 different dishes. Craft beer is very tasty and light. The ambience and design is made in the form of a Thai street, so it's hard to imagine that you are indoors. Very nice and cozy. The waiters are polite and know the menu well, so they can suggest any of your preferences.

I wanted to go somewhere a bit different w my partner. This place came up on google and it was most definitely the right choice. It was a fun vibrant atmosphere.. the menu had over 80 items on it and another menu for drinks.. the food really was incredible and it was fast service. Where else can you go sit in a tuk tuk for dinner in the UK? :-) on my last visot I had the pad thai with chicken and the prawn steamed dumplings. Both dishes were very tasty. Highly recommend this place. Well be back here.
