Purchased a Leadscrew from IT-Tech-UK. Despatched quickly and everything looked fine. Parcelforce were a nightmare and didn't ring the bell (usually they're fine, so no idea what went on here and we have a RING doorbell so I checked the logs). Unfortunately it went back to IT Tech. They were really good with re-arranging delivery and the whole process was seamless. They did a great job given it must have been extra hassle on their part!

I purchased a leadscrew cnc machine from IT-Tech and paired it with my Makita Router.Tom was extremely helpful and knowledgable taking the time to answer my emailed questions before I had made the decision to purchase. He allowed me to visit to see his machine working and helped me to work out the final spec of the machine which I eventually purchased. I was then able to pick it up a few days later.After I set it up I managed to mess up the settings. Tom took the time to try to sort the error out over the phone but it it had to be returned to base for reprogramming. Moral is take backups before making changes - I should know better.I now have the cnc machine up and running and it works well. I am already enjoyng the sence of acheivement of producing trial pieces.I would definetly recommend IT-Tech and will no doubt shop with them for consumables and upgrades.Thanks for all your helpSteve
