Proprietor Michael made the part exchange buying process very painless and took the trouble to allow a test drive and with a much appreciated no-high-pressure-selling approach. When our considered decision was made to buy, on collection, he explained paperwork very thoroughly to ensure nothing missed out and with much patience even when my bank intercepted large payment with endless security checks (in the current climate of endless bank fraud, better that way than none I guess) and another hiccough when we found taxation class of our chosen vehicle needed to be changed and post office computer network was down". He offered reasonable market value part exchange for our old car and I would certainly check his stock again or even ask him to try and source a specific model of replacement vehicle which many of his repeat customers request him to do."

Had the car a few months now.Had a few issues so took into my local main dealer who could not find fault so phoned Michael up and he sorted everything out!..Great guy and very helpful would recommend every time...

Having my own mid-life crisis set out to find a convertible. I went to see 1 car the week before and the dealer literally tried to talk us out of buying it, we had to argue with him to put the roof down so we could see it working and THEN he literally got in the car while we were looking at it and reversed it away lol!!!Went to see Michael and he was a breath of fresh air! He couldn't have been more accommodating. He gave us all the info we requested advised us and was brilliant! We bought the car and it was all cleaned polished and ready to go. Even bought new matts for us as the old ones were ruined. Would not buy from anyone else now! Thanks Michael

So the story goes like this..... Darling, I want to buy a convertible!!! What's the point? the roof will only get slashed here in Peterborough but your 53 live a little. So with that, I went online and searched for my Cascada in Marron red with tan leather seats. Couldn't find it then I spotted the Cascada in white and pursued it. I knew I had to have it so communicated with Michael and said I was 99.9% sure I was going to have it. On Friday the 20th May 2022 I drove from Peterborough up to Wakefield, got their early to see him polishing my prospective car. He finished it and the we went for a test drive. Needless to say we got back to his place of work and i bought the car. I drove from Wakefield to Birmingham and then on to Peterborough. Was not at all tiring journey but instead it was fun. Thanks Michael for my Mid-Life Crisis car. If im in the lookout for another one i know where to come to. Such a warm welcome when I got to you. Thanks so much.

Thoroughly recommend buying a car from Micars. Good communication and the car was exactly what I wanted. Car had 5 months MOT and they renewed it and fixed the one advisory it had (brake pads) without me even needing to ask. Not many dealers would do that. Amazing service!
