Reading Hypnobirthing

My partner and I went to Louise's Hypnobirthing course before the birth of our first child. We were both anxious about childbirth and came with negative perceptions of the experience.The Hypnobirthing course changed our view of the birth and gave us techiques and the confidence to have a positive birthing experience.This resulted in us having a great birth of our first child with minimal pain and no complications.There are a number of people offering these types of courses, but we opted to see Louise due to her experience and qualifications in hypnotherapy.I would highly recommend this course.
