Rescued us when stranded, diagnosed our problem quickly and accurately, offered us a repair and a courtesy car so we could continue our holiday as planned. Simon was friendly and obviously had a lot of expertise and his other staff were really helpful and professional. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommend Recovery Frome! Simon and his wife and team were so amazing at recovering and repairing my car. They were super speedy as i have a small baby and put me at ease straight away. Fantastic service. My van broke down had two RAC mechanics turn up. Neither of them could get the van started. Couldn't supply recovery service. So was left to my own devices to find someone to help me. Luckily found Simon who turned up quickly and knew exactly what the problem was was, got the van started and explained clearly what I needed to do next. Thank you Simon

Found ourselves stranded next to the M4 with our LWB Sprinter motorhome. After no joy from other companies and stood in the rain for 2 hours, i was given Simon's number, he was very helpful told us not to worry and went out of his way to help with an awkward recovery due to size of my van. He diagnosed our problem and got us to our destination without fuss and at a very reasonable price. Cannot recommend Recovery Frome highly enough, thanks again Simon.

Amazing service from start to finish, we had gone away for a nice long weekend and our car had decided to break down in an area we were unfamiliar with! so thankfully found this brilliant company and they were able to help us get off the road within minutes (luckily my partner is a mechanic but couldn’t do anything on side of the road as it was the drive shaft) the lovely guy truly went above and beyond to ensure we were able to carry on with our weekend stress free!! I would highly recommend over and over again to anyone if you’re in need of assistance! Thank you so so much!

Recovery Frome saved us at the roadside in Trowbridge. They came via our breakdown service but unable to fix us as alternator had gone. He very kindly passed us over to Mike who live in Dilton Marsh with a car transporter to save us going back in the system. He came straight away. From Recovery Frome being assigned the job and us being home was about 45 mins. Very happy with service. Thank you both very much.

I had a double blowout after hitting a kerb just outside Frome. Simon got to me within about 20 minutes and recovered me back to a local garage who got me back on the road the same afternoon. Super efficient and friendly service, would definitely use him again. Highly recommended

Flagged the recovery van down when we were stranded in Longleat. Driver was in the area on another job, but without hesitation he popped over and got us on the road again, all in about 5 minutes. Incredibly kind - thank you.
