At time of writing I'm a 43 year old man, work full-time and have a young family (busy weekends, after-school clubs etc) so naturally have found myself struggling to do as much as I used to in terms of keeping fit.These meals are a god-send!! They taste incredible but being frozen, and cooking from frozen in a microwave is hugely beneficial for a time-poor person like myself and they're always ready - no forgetting to defrost etc, they take absolutely zero prep other than storing them.The best thing (and it's hard to believe until you try...), but they taste amazing. You'd think a microwave meal means that processed, fake taste... but no! These are so tasty, nutritious, low-calorie and very filling! It's almost cheating, other food doesn't stand a chance! :D Well worth the price and the service to date has been impeccable. Best solution out there IMO for those wanting a healthier lifestyle and no compromises.

This was my first time i've ordered any thing and i was surprised to see the portion size was bigger than i was expecting, which was good! The food tasted so nice and was cooked perfect.

Such good food. I have sampled ALOT of food prep services over the last few years, and can honestly say that these are the best quality. Food is fresh, super tasty and fits well within macros, if thats what you're looking for. Even if not following a macro style diet, they are great meals for anyone looking to just eat clean and healthy.Portion sizes are also great!
