Daughter wanted this outfit from there we went in and it was spaced out and clean. The staff on the tills where great despite being messed about by a customer wanting bits having no money and preceeding to be on his phone for about 10 mins before walking off just saying no... they handled it so well. The clothes are good quality and picked up a great bargain for my son on the sale rail. Worth a look around but careful as teenagers can spend alot in here.... haha.

Zero stars for costumer service!!!!!The rude young woman on fitting room duty chose for some reason to discriminate me when I followed my daughter in who had four items to try on. She was given a hanger saying 4.She said I had to wait in the shop for her! Not in the fitting room area.I could clearly see two other women in the fitting room area helping their daughters. So I waited outside my daughter's cubicle, and protested out loud that 2 other parents were in there with their girls! Why wasn't I allowed? No answer from the rude staff.Then she said I needed to wait right out the way! In the shop not in the fitting room area at all.So I decided to swop the hanger for two hangers saying 2, then I assumed I'd be allowed in the fitting rooms with my daughter.Same incompetent and rude staff member then said I wasn't allowed in the same cubicle as my daughter!What is this woman's problem??So I waited inside another cubicle, opposite my daughters, taking up a space needed for someone else, why she wouldn't let me in with my daughter I'll never know what's it of her business if we share?! We had the correct hangers for the amount of clothes, plus there were other parents in the same area with their daughters. She has an attitude problem and I told her so when me and my daughter came out.Someone who behaves like this, and discriminates others should NOT be in a job never mind working in costumer services!! She never apologised and I'm left upset that she made such a scene not allowing me time in the same cubicle as my daughter to see which clothes fit her.she's only 14! Why treat me different to the other parents??If the policy is only one person in the changing room at a time then treat everyone the same.She clearly overlooked the other women in the room with their kids.Because of her stinking attitude I chose not to purchase any clothes from the shop. I'll not support a business that condones behaviour of this sort from their staff. Pass on to this rude woman she lost her company a sale because of her behaviour.

A vast array of clothes but they won't allow you assist anyone in the fitting room so god help you if you need to do a zip alone or have anyone with a disability that needs help. Not great

Love this shop and the clothes however guy on the till was so rude!!! He was a young Asian male (probably early 20s) with a slit in his eyebrow I believe. Didn’t say hello or goodbye, no please or thank you or any conversation at all. Didn’t even smile! All he said was “do you wanna bag” very rude. Doesn’t hurt to be nice to your customers

Nice young modern clothes but a bit of a shock that you have to do everything even take the security tags off yourself bit of a faff for us oldies

EVERY TIME I come the queues at the tills are absolutely horrendous!! It doesn’t matter what time of the day! Only 1 cashier most of the time!! And, if you’re returning an item, they waste time putting the alarm back on, hanging it neatly on a hanger… Honestly! They take the mickey! Absolutely disgraceful to treat customers like this, keeping them waiting for 45 minutes to pay.Fed up with the COVID and short of staff excuses. Half the country is on the dole - sort it out!!

Do not shop here they are scammers, the card machine disconnected during out transaction after saying approved and despite this they made us pay again telling us we would get the money back, has been over a week and a half now and have nothing to show for it £25 down the drain. The customer service dont respond through their email support either.
